Driver medicals take place at the Holiday Inn Express, Swansea East. All driver medical applications are sent to DVLA’s head office in Swansea, the second largest city in Wales.

Any medication you take (if applicable)
Book your appointment online or over the phone
Receive an email and text confirming your booking
Attend your appointment and meet the doctor
Review your completed form and send off to DVLA
