As the country enters a second lockdown we have been receiving a high volume of calls from customers asking if their appointments with us will still be going ahead – don’t worry, they WILL.
We would like to reassure you that D4Drivers will continue to provide our vital driver medical service for our customers throughout this new lockdown, and we expect to continue if the lockdown is extended.
As we fall under the Government’s list of key workers and keep HGV and PCV drivers as well as paramedics and other key workers on the roads, our clinics are permitted to remain open through lockdown.
It’s also important for us to remind you about the latest Government advice which urges people to keep GP appointments and routine healthcare procedures. It means travel is permitted to keep these appointments to ensure you continue to safeguard your health and wellbeing during this difficult period.
The safety of our customers has been our top priority throughout this pandemic and will continue to be so. All of our appointments are conducted in line with Covid-secure guidance and all necessary PPE and other safety measures are in place at our clinics.
All equipment and surfaces are wiped down, cleaned and sanitised, after the visit of each customer and we ask anyone attending our clinics to wear a face mask at all times during your appointment and follow the other ongoing rules and guidelines to ensure everyone stays safe.
Should anything happen over coming weeks which affects your appointment we will contact you directly and at the earliest opportunity. Until then, please consider your appointment to be confirmed and please don’t call us unless it is absolutely necessary.
