Our team at D4Drivers loves nothing more than getting out and about, taking to the road to provide easy access to our driver medical service – and we are delighted to announce we will be at Aintree Racecourse on Saturday 27th March providing motorsport medicals for Aintree circuit club members and anyone who needs their motorsport medical.
Aintree holds a special place in the history of motor racing and the Aintree Circuit Club has a proud reputation of being the world’s first track-based motor club, which has been in continuous operation since 1954.
The famous circuit played host to the British Grand Prix five times between 1955 and 1962, but on March 27 it will be providing an opportunity for racing hopefuls to keep their ambitions firmly on track by getting their motorsport medical.
Our medicals day at Aintree is an annual event and we are delighted to be working in partnership with the club to provide this important service. Members and non-members of the club can book their motorsport medical with us now for the day and we are expecting the take-up to be high.

A key medical
Motor sport is a dangerous game and it’s important for drivers to meet certain criteria. An examination by a doctor, confirming drivers are fit to compete, is often required to obtain a licence from Motorsport UK (formerly Motor Sport Assocation) – which is where we come in.
Medicals involve:
- Urine analysis for diabetes
- An eye test
- Blood test
- Answering any questions about medical history
Our motorsport medical session is running 10am-1pm Saturday 27th March at Aintree Racecourse and you can book by completing our online booking portal below:
