The Best Eyesight Tips We Believe Every Driver Should Know
Spending hours on the road can mean your eyes are doing some serious overtime! Whether it’s local routes or long-haul motorway drives, your eyesight is key to staying sharp, safe and concentrated.
Here are a few tips from us to keep your eyesight in top gear! 😉:

Get your eyes tested REGULARLY!👀
You should have a full eye test at least every 2 years – or sooner if you notice any changes in your eye sight. Things like blurred signs or the need to strain more often should be a sign to book in.
Cut The Glare 💥
Bright sunlight or oncoming headlights can mess with your focus. A good pair of polarised sunglasses for daytime or anti-glare lenses for night driving could be a key factor into helping your eyes, and make a world of difference.
Clean That Windscreen!🧽
Cleaning your windscreen (inside and out!) is key for a clear journey. Smears and dirt can distort your view, especially when the sun hits just right (or wrong).
Take Screen Breaks🤳
If you’re using a sat-nav, tablets or your phone on breaks, remember to look up from the device! Blink more, and give your eyes a breather.
Notice Changes👀
Dry eyes, squinting, headaches, or tiredness after driving? Don’t brush it off – get it checked!
Your vision is one of your best tools on the road – take care of it!
Stay sharp and more importantly stay safe!
