    Driver Medicals in Belfast

    D4Drivers’ first Northern Ireland driver medical centre is based outside Belfast at the Corr’s Corner Hotel, off the A8(M) near the M2.

    We offer mid-week, weekend and evening availability at this clinic and deliver HGV, Bus, Coach and Private hire medicals from this location.

    Taxi Medical

    Taxi Medical Form – A copy of the taxi medical form relevant to the council you are applying for. You can find the website for your local council here.

    Medical Records – Please check with the council if summary of care records or full medical records are required. If so, a printed copy of your medical records must be obtained from your GP surgery.

    Urine Sample – Please bring a urine sample in a secure container. It is your responsibility to dispose of this safely off site, once the medical has been completed.
