    South Hykeham Best Western Plus is the home of D4Drivers Lincoln Driver Medical Clinic where we run regular sessions just off the A46.

    We offer mid-week, weekend and evening availability at this clinic and deliver HGV, Bus, Coach and Private hire medicals from this location.

    Medical Records – Please check with the council if summary of care records or full medical records are required. If so, a printed copy of your medical records must be obtained from your GP surgery.
