What should I bring to my medical?
Please bring the following to your appointment. If you don’t have any of the items listed below, or if you experience difficulty obtaining them, contact us right away.
Cardiac investigations
If you have had any cardiac investigations, received significant hospital treatment, or are currently under the care of a consultant, please bring any relevant details with you.
The examining doctor may need this information to complete your form accurately.

Blood pressure
If you are on medication for hypertension (high blood pressure), please bring three blood pressure readings taken on the 3 days prior to your appointment along with photographic evidence.
These readings do not need to be authenticated by your GP.
