To complete a HGV medical or PCV medical in Northumberland / Teeside you need to be assessed by a doctor who will verify that you are fit to drive. Most GPs see you at a time which is convenient for them, then to charge you a fortune. This usually means that you have to take a day off and pay for the privilege. At D4Drivers we see things a little differently. We know that you want to:
HGV medical required for all HGV drivers' first application and renewal. Full HGV medical and eye test is only £55 at any of our nationwide locations, including on weekends.
PCV medicals are needed by all bus, coach and minibus drivers on initial application and renewal. D4Drivers supply the £55 PCV medical to bus drivers nationwide.
Most councils accept medicals from all registered Doctors due to the time and expense of waiting for your own GP. Check your council's rules then book your medical with D4Drivers.
D4Drivers will continue to provide our vital driver medical service to our customers during the current restrictions in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and our opening times are unaffected.

You are still able to attend medical appointments during these restrictions, as confirmed by gov.uk: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/covid-19-coronavirus-restrictions-what-you-can-and-cannot-do#healthcare-and-public-services.
All of our clinics are going ahead with additional safety precautions in place.
